Advanced User Interface Controls and Components
Specifies the speed of the mouse wheel by which TreeView is scrolled.
An IntegralUISpeedMode value. The default is Normal, stating that TreeView is scrolled gradually by small number of items.
The number of items scrolled is determined by the TreeView height. The only execption here is VerySlow mode, where scrolling speed is set to one item per scroll.
